INFORMATION ON TICKETING FOR THE OPENING CONCERT

We are looking forward to have the two Cellists of 2CELLOS playing the opening concert at Cello Akademy Rutesheim - their only concert in Germany for 2014!

This concert's special: In front of the stage will be standing room and bleacher seating at the back of the hall.

Masterclasses

REGISTRATION FOR THE MASTERCLASSES HAS STARTED

Starting now on you can apply online for the masterclasses 2014!
Professors this year are: Prof. Jens Peter Maintz, Prof. Wolfgang Emanuel Schmidt, Prof. Wen-Sinn Yang, Prof. Claudio Bohórquez, Prof. László Fenyö

Early Bird Discount until: June 15th 2014

Included in the course fee: 3 individual lessons with your favourite professor, listening to all masterclasses, free private accommodation in host families, daily lunch, visiting of all the concerts at the festival and the opportunity to perform at one of the two student concerts.

Jazz-Masterclass

REGISTRATION FOR JAZZ-MASTERCLASS WITH STEPHAN BRAUN NOW POSSIBLE

Stephan Braun comes back to Rutesheim to hold a jazz masterclass.
New for this year: The masterclass will be offered on the same terms and with the same deadlines as the other masterclasses.

Dates: 26. - 30.10.2014

These services are included throughout the whole festival period: 3 single lessons with Stephan Braun, access to listen to all other masterclasses, free private accommodation in host families, daily lunch provided in the Mensa, access to all concerts given throughout the festival.

Cello-Orchestra

REGISTRATION FOR CELLO-ORCHESTRA WORKSHOP NOW POSSIBLE

You can now register for our Cello-Orchestra workshop online.
The workshop is open for 120 cellists of all ages and performance levels. Applications will be considered in order of receipt. Once there are 120 completed the registration period ends.

Like last year, there are two additional rehearsal days, on which all can participate (for Cello 3, 4 and 5 these rehearsals are mandatory).

New: on our website you will find some excerpts of some pieces of the cello-orchestra, which you can use to assess, which part is right for you.
On the last page of the registration form you will then have the opportunity to apply for a specific orchestral part.

There are two good reasons for ordering your tickets in advance:
On one hand you can benefit from the early bird discount and on the other hand, since we use numbered seating for all concerts, you can choose your preferred seat for each concert.

New for 2014: we will have bleacher seating in the concert hall for all concerts for a better view from the rear of the hall.

Furthermore we offer two different kinds of festival-tickets (with or without access to the masterclasses). The festival-ticket includes single tickets for all concerts except the opening concert by 2CELLOS.
