About Cello Akademie Rutesheim
Since its founding 13 years ago, the Cello Academie Rutesheim has been shaped by three central elements: the communicative cello campus in the Rutesheim school center, the welcoming concept and the open, collegial philosophy of the academy.
When the international cello youth meets in Baden-Württemberg's autumn holiday week in Rutesheim near Stuttgart, a musical microcosm is created that is unrivaled anywhere in the world: Renowned cello professors teach young talents from all over the world, classical string players learn how to play jazz, advanced students prepare for auditions, cello lovers play as a cello orchestra – and in the evening, the audience flows enthusiastically to the concerts of the Cello Festival.
